We hold this site to WCAG 2.2, Level AA. If any part of it does not work for you, call 516-499-1731 and a person will read it to you or take your information by phone. You never have to use this website to work with us.

Our commitment
We build and test primerealestateconsultants.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard we hold this site to, and it is the standard every new page is measured against before it goes up. WCAG is what courts and the United States Department of Justice use to measure whether a website is accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Meeting a standard is not the same as working for you. If any part of this site does not work for you, we want to hear about it, and we will help you another way in the meantime.
What we have done
Every item below is built into the site today, not planned.
- Large, high-contrast text throughout the site
- Body text at 19 pixels or larger, with generous line spacing, on every page including this one and the footer
- Text that stays readable when you zoom to 200 percent
- Text that reflows into one column on a phone, with no side-to-side scrolling, from 320 pixels wide up
- Every image has a text description, and images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers instead of being announced
- Every form field has a label a screen reader can read out loud
- Form errors are explained in words, not just in color
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with no mouse
- A visible outline shows where you are when you use the Tab key
- Buttons and links are at least 48 by 48 pixels, so they can be tapped with an unsteady hand
- Headings are in order, so a screen reader can jump around the page
- Long pages carry a numbered list of their sections at the top, so you can jump straight to what you need
- No flashing or blinking content, nothing that moves on its own, no carousels, and no auto-playing video
- No CAPTCHA, no puzzle, and no time limit on any form
- Every page can be read with JavaScript turned off, and the contact form still sends. Only the two calculators need JavaScript.
- Our phone number is real text and a working link, in the same place at the top of every page
Where we still have work to do
These are the parts we know are not there yet. We would rather tell you than have you find out.
- No independent audit yet. Everything on this page comes from our own testing. No outside company has reviewed this site for accessibility, and we do not claim a certification.
- Documents we send you. A written report, a form, or a letter we send you may be a PDF or a printed page that a screen reader handles poorly. Ask, and we will send it in a different format, in large print, or read it to you on the phone at no charge.
- Checkout and payment pages. Payment is handled by an outside company on its own pages. We do not control how those pages are built and we cannot promise they meet the same standard. If one gives you trouble, call us and we will take your order by phone.
- Websites we link to. We link to HUD, to courts, to county clerks, and to independent attorneys. Those sites belong to other people and their accessibility varies. Tell us which one gave you trouble and we will get you the information another way.
- We have not tested every combination. We test with the browsers, screen readers, and devices we have. There are combinations we have not tried, and there will be problems we have not found yet.

Accessibility is not finished when a site launches. We review this site periodically and whenever someone tells us about a problem. When we change something on this page, we change the date at the top of it.

You do not have to pay anyone for help with a foreclosure. HUD-approved housing counseling agencies give free counseling nationwide. Call 1-800-569-4287 or visit hud.gov. Many states and counties also run free foreclosure prevention programs. We want you to know about them, whether or not you ever hire us.
